Left side menu of the page features the following options:
Find Z-Agents

All these options also feature a number of sub menus.
Find Z-Agents: If the user wants to find out Z-Agents in their area, just need a click on the “Find Z-Agents” option. Three options will appear named City or Zip, County and State. The user needs to insert the zip code or the city name with the specific County and state and click on “Find Now” button. The agents in that area will be shown. Now you will find three options in that page.

Send Mail: On clicking this option, a form will appear. Filling out the form with the details and your preferred timing for contact and click on the Send e-Mail option. The agent will contact you soon.
View Profile:View the complete profile of the real estate agent by clicking the view profile option. This page contains four different links.
1. View Property Listing: By clicking this option, the users can view the listed homes for sale in that particular area.
2. Visit Website: By clicking this option, the users can visit the website of the Z-Agent.
3. Email This Z-Agent: Using this option, the users can send email to the Z-Agent.
4. Contact Z-Agent: same as the last option.
Property Search: This option
opens up the door to search available homes for sale in your desirable areas in

Home Value: The users can come to know about the market value of their homes for sale through this option. Click on the “Home Value” option and fill out the form with the property details and contact information and submit it. HomesZ team will let you know the proper estimate of the property in the existing market condition.

On clicking the Selling HomesZ link, a form will appear that helps the users to sell their home in the current real estate market. Mention Name, E-mail, Phone Number, preferred time and medium to contact, Desired Property Type as well as State, County, City and Target Price and click on the Continue button.
Then another form will appear. Give detailed information of your desired property here and click on Submit button. HomesZ.com will send you mail with all the associated details.
Moving HomesZ:On clicking the Moving link, the user will find helpful tips for a successful home moving. Down the page, you will find two forms. One is for Move Information and the other is for Personal Information. In the Move Information part, the user needs to insert Moving date, where from he/she is moving, destination state, county and city.
In the Personal Information Part, the user must mention his/her name, mailing address and phone number. Then click on the Submit button. HomesZ.com administrator will serve the required details so that the user can enjoy a safe and easy home moving.

Market Condition: This
section let the user know about the real estate market condition of a particular
city in the
School Information: Detailed
school information is available in the School Information page. Click on the “School Information” link and the link
will lead you to a page where you will find link of all the U.S states. Click
on the link of the State and view
the County links of the State and
the
Click on the name of the County and you will see the link of the Cities in that County as well as the main schools of that County.
Click on the City name and information of the important schools of the city will be displayed.
The users can directly view the School Information of any particular city. Just insert the name of the city in the main Search (Search Real Estate) option. And then click on the Schools option in the left side menu. The schools in that particular city will be displayed.

Demographic Info:View Demographic Information of any specific city. Click on the Demographic Info link and then click on the state where the city belongs to. After clicking on the State link, the County links will be shown. On clicking the specific County, you will find the cities. Now click on your preferred city link and you will view detailed demographic information.
The State, County and City page under Demographic Information, the user will find an exclusive search option. Here you can directly insert the name of the city and find demographic information.
HomesZ.com is wonderfully designed. Here the users can directly view the Demographic information of any particular city. He/she just need to insert the name of the city in the main search (Search Real Estate) option. And now they can directly access to that specific City Demographic Information.
Mortgage and Resources:On clicking this link, the users will come to know about all the pros and cons of Mortgage. The page contains Real Estate Glossary link from A-Z and six other links.

After clicking on the International link, you will find a map of the world. Click on the map and “Become Our Partner” form will appear in front of you. Fill out the form and click on Submit button. HomesZ team will contact you soon.

After login, the dashboard will show the following modules:

My Forum
My Account:Clicking on the My Account button, Update Account Information form is displayed. Remember yellow marked fields are mandatory here. The user can update his/her personal details through this form. In addition, on the upper right side of the form, you will find a link named “Set Forum Profile”. On clicking this button, the users can set and edit their own forum profile. And if any user wants to remove the forum profile, just a click on the “Remove” button is all that required.

Three options are also available in this page. These are:
Change Password: By using this option the user can update the old password. First, insert the old password and then give the new password in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” box. Then click on the “Submit” option. Your job is done.
Set Forum Profile: By clicking the “Set Forum Profile” option, the users can get back to the “Set Forum Profile” page.
Community Info: The users can enrich HomesZ.com through this link. They can add City or Community that has not been listed in the HomesZ.com list. But there is no option available for the users to edit the community or city.

My Properties:This is a high end option by which the users can manage their home buying or selling process in specific state, County and city. On clicking the “My Properties” button, the properties are displayed what the user has selected so far. Actually here you will find the homes that the user has selected for buying during the home search or have added for sale.
Add Property:This is the option that allows the users to add more properties in the list. By clicking on the “Add New Property” option the user will find several options such as,
Add new single family home
Add new multi family home
Add new condo/town house
Add new mobile home
Add new lot land property
Click on the specific property type and fill out the form with detailed information of the property. Three options are available for each property type. These are as follows:
Save Template and add Property
Save As Template
Add the Property
Choose your desirable option.
Edit:Editing the property information is also very easy. The users just need to click on the “Edit” button. The property details will appear in front of you. Give the new information and click on “Save” button. Your property details will be updated within just fraction of second. To get back to the “Save properties” page, click on the “Manage” button.

My Favorites:While viewing the homes for sale, the users can save their favorite property. All these saved homes can be viewed by clicking the “My Favorites” option. Just click on the “Details” option and all the information of the property will appear in front of you.
Dream Homes:Finding your dream home has never been so easy before. After clicking on the “Dream Homes” option, the users come to the manage page. Now click on the Add New Property option and give the details of your dream home in specific State, County and City and click on the Save Dream Home button. Your desirable property will be viewed in the manage page. The user can also delete this property type if wishes by just clicking on “Delete” option.

My Forum:On clicking the My Forum button, the page leads to the Manage-My Forum page. Here the users can go through the existing topics according to date and time.
Create Topic: This option helps the users to start afresh topic. Click on the “Create Topic” link and the page will lead you to the Add Topic option. Give the topic name and select the proper Forum head and Subforum. Write down the topic and click on the Add Topic button. The formatting options help you to make your topic more attractive.
