a. You are legally matured and you are doing this agreement with your own responsibility;
b. Your activities will be limited to both buying and, or selling real estate in
the U.S;
c. Presently, you are not having any exclusive contractual or other arrangement
with any Real Estate Professional;
d. For services offered by HomesZ.com and any other third party, you will be in
touch with HomesZ.com via Email or other means;
e. You are bound to allow HomesZ.com for receiving, copying and reviewing your real
property transaction and/or settlement documents according to their request.
f. You are announcing that, you are not a licensed real estate agent or broker;
g. HomesZ.com shall not be liable for the agreement between the User and any Real
Estate Professional that may use the HomesZ.com service.
h. Accepting or rejecting of any proposals and offers is your right and you are
not bound to involve in any real estate transaction with the real estate professional.
Endorsements posted by a Real Estate Professional through the HomesZ.com Consumer
Feedback Program are their responsibility.
Termination Right:
As per these terms of use, HomesZ.com exercises the right to cancel the
membership of any User who has registered in HomesZ.com without liability at any
time without notice for any reason. The User may cancel membership at any time for
any reason. They have to just send a written notice by email to customerservice@homegain.com.

TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) $100, whichever is less.

AND VENUE OF COURTS SITTING IN CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO AND/OR SOUTHERN DISTRICT
OF CALIFORNIA IF ANY DISPUTES ARISE BETWEEN YOU AND HOMESZ.COM. NEUTRAL ARBITRATORS
AND NOT A JUDGE OR JURY WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
